A simple routine

After a hard session

Keep it simple and consistent — that’s what makes recovery work.

  1. Cool down

A few easy minutes of cardio, then some light stretching.

  2. Compress & release

Compression boots or a massage gun on the muscles you trained.

  3. Refuel & rehydrate

Protein, carbs and fluids — the Solis Smoothie Bar is a few steps away.

Recovery tools are for general wellbeing, not medical treatment. If you have an injury or a health condition, check with your doctor first.

Questions

Recovery questions

What recovery tools can I use now?

Normatec 3 compression (legs, hips and arms), the Hypervolt 2 massage gun, the Hyperice Vyper 3 vibrating roller and the Hypersphere vibrating ball. Normatec sessions are booked with the team: $3 (NAf 5.37) per 30 minutes for booking and cleaning.

What are Normatec compression boots?

Leg sleeves that inflate and release in waves, from your feet up. Athletes use them after hard sessions to help their legs feel fresh again.

Why does recovery matter?

Training breaks you down; recovery is when you come back stronger. Sleep, nutrition and simple recovery work help you train consistently.

Train. Recover. Repeat.
