Why scan

Progress you can see

  • Losing fat?

See your body fat go down — even when the scale doesn’t move.

  • Building muscle?

Track your muscle mass grow, arm by arm and leg by leg.

  • Starting a plan?

Get a starting point, then re-scan every 4–8 weeks to see what works.

  • Training with a coach?

Your trainer can build your plan around your numbers.

Before your scan

For the most accurate result

  • Don’t eat a big meal for 2–3 hours before
  • Scan before your workout, not straight after
  • Go to the bathroom first
  • Avoid alcohol the day before
  • For the best comparison, scan at the same time of day each time

Not suitable if you have a pacemaker or another implanted electronic medical device, or if you are pregnant. The scan is for fitness tracking, not a medical diagnosis.
